Turkey Bowl

Jake loves to play football so they organize a Turkey Bowl for the ward. It was pretty cold this morning but they had fun. Here are some pictures!

Thanksgiving

We went to Lave for Thanksgiving. We went up on Wednesday and took the camp trailer. We slept in the trailer on Wednesday night for the first time. It was fun. There were 16 of us for dinner on Thursday. Preston and Kinley had fun playing with Gus and Gunner. They went fishing and caught quite a few fish. Kinley reeled one in with Jakes help but didn't want anything to do with it...I can't say I blame the girl!

I know the kids are only 3 but they know not to play with Guns, Jake was helping them. It is better they know how to use a gun correctly so they aren't curious. So, here are pictures of Gus and Kinley practicing with Jakes .22!

Kinley turns 3

Kinley celebrated her 3rd birthday last Friday. All she wanted was a Princess Scooter. She did get that...along with a few other gifts! She got a Hannah Montana barbie, Ricos Surf Shop, My Little Pony, game, puppet show, books, clothes, and a bike game. She had a fun birthday. Grandpa, Grandma, Amy, Gus, and Gunner came down in the morning. She played with her scooter, went to the library, ate pizza, and had a party.

Missionary Homecoming

My cousin Clark just got back from his mission from Conneticut. We went to his homecoming this last weekend. He did such and awesome job, I know he was a good missionary. Isn't he so handsome. We are excited he is back and hope to see him again soon!

New Dew

We decided to cut Kinley hair. She looks so cute. She says she looks like a new girl! I just love her!

So, I love the leaves in the fall. I talked Jake into doing some family pictures. Heather was in town and she took our pictures with my camera. Here are a few. The kids cooperated very well. Jake did good too! I love family pictures in the fall!

Halloween

So, I don't have pictures from Halloween of Kinley because my precious angel was not so precious getting ready to go to the ward Halloween party. If Jake wasn't helping we wouldn't have went. Ever since we started talking about Halloween she wanted to be Hannah Montana. I found this Barbie dress up dress and a wig. Then she decided to be a barbie. She wore the dress playing up for weeks but when she was supposed to wear it, she wouldn't do it. We "fought" with her for 45 minutes. Mostly she screamed and bawled while we counted to 10 numerous times and had to shut her door to try to get her to stop screaming. Finally we go the dress on but that was all we got. We got the party and she had a blast. Silly girl. Preston was a pony and didn't mind at all. He fell asleep on the way out to great grandma and grandpas. But woke up after we got home so he didn't go to sleep until after 10pm. What an eventful Halloween!
